These Terms govern your use of the Photospital app and services. By using Photospital, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The service

Photospital uses AI to restore, enhance, colorize, upscale, edit, and animate photos, and lets you order physical prints. AI results vary and are provided "as is" — we can't guarantee a particular outcome for any photo.

Your content and rights

You keep all rights to the photos you submit and to the restored results. You represent that you have the right to use and upload the photos you submit, and that doing so doesn't violate anyone's rights or any law. You grant us only the limited rights needed to process your photos and, where applicable, fulfill your print orders.

Acceptable use

• Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
• Don't use Photospital to create unlawful, infringing, or harmful content, or to impersonate or harm others.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service.

Subscriptions, trials & billing

• Photospital Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
• Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may change with notice for future periods.

Prints and physical orders

Physical prints are produced and shipped by a third-party print provider and paid for separately (not through the subscription). Prints are made to order from your photo: once your payment succeeds, the order is sent to the printer immediately and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded. This is stated at checkout before you pay. If a print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days and we will reprint it at no charge.

Intellectual property

The Photospital app, its design, and its software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks or software beyond using the app as intended.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of photos or data. Keep your own copies of important photos.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
